Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR)

This accreditation is reserved for agents who have direct experience working with buyers, who provide a superior client experience, and who are constantly striving to offer their clients more by way of training, professional development, and insight into the latest strategies for meeting and exceeding their clients’ expectations.  ABR representatives must successfully complete comprehensive courses  focusing on a buyer representation, negotiation strategies, and professional standards, in addition to submitting documentation verifying professional experience.

Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI)

Shane has been awarded the GRI designation by completing the extensive curriculum required to achieve the highly acclaimed designation. The GRI is recognized nationwide as the one of the highest standards for real estate professionalism and knowledge covering a variety of subjects including: contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance, and risk reduction. 

The Graduate, REALTOR® Institute professional certification is available only to members of the local, state and National Association of REALTORS®. The GRI designation is granted through the Maryland Association of REALTORS® whose courses of study meet the standards established by the National Association of REALTORS®.
