Not only did one of our veterans win big, but there was definitely the Hand of Grace throughout this transaction.

I met with Dave & Mihwa 4 months before we listed their house. We created a strategy, they got their checklist of things to take care of before we launched and discussed pricing that was current at that time. I assured them that was just for that time and that I would run numbers again and check comps before we went live.

Due to life circumstances the timing of everything had to be very precise for them. A lot of showings wasn’t an option, we were even going to have to be strategic with the number of open houses. PLUS their house needed to sell before they bought their next home.

They were 5🌟 sellers. They executed everything with style and beauty. Then the HAPPY NEWS!!! The market had shifted enough that we were able to list $30K higher than we would have been able to 4 months earlier.

First open house, DONE! It was the home the buyers had been looking for. They wanted to lock and load the deal and came in with a contract $15K OVER LIST!

Now the pressure was on to find their next home. I had already reached out to an agent that I know could really get it done for them as they were moving out of my area.

Within days they had found their new home and my referral partner negotiated fiercely for them and…..DONE.

The sellers are lovely humans who really deserve a break. From contract to closing to closing on the new home was smooth and easy like an orchestrated dance for which I am so grateful.
