Condo Hell - We made it to Close!

We had a family reach out to help purchase a condo for their deaf son. Because they were purchasing from a distance, we really had to hone in on their wants and needs, based on what’s possible in this market.

Buying condos in Florida these days is not easy and straightforward. This condo association had a perfect storm during this transaction as they had a management company change over right in the middle. This created issue after issue to come up along with difficult communication.

Chelsie had to physically, REPEATEDLY go to the Management companies office to get the them to do their job for buyer: HOA approval, estoppel letter background checks, etc.

Chelsie and I continuously shared updates with the buyers, calming them down as expectations and patience started to wear thin.
