This was a big day for Nicole! As a first time home buyer, nervous about “getting it right”, she lost out on two homes she really liked. By the time she made up her mind to put in an offer, they were already under contract.

It was VERY important to her that her monthly payment stay within her comfort range and budget today AND next year. Both of those items can dramatically affect your monthly payment in your second year. She will also be sure to file for Homestead Exemption.

It was an amazing team effort! When this beautiful 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, Lakewood Estates, St Pete home popped up, she was 100% all in. It has a fully paid off solar system, with a huge lot of land, right next to Boyd Hill Nature Preserve (one of my favorite places).

We were able to win this home for her over other offers. Negotiated getting $10K towards her closing costs and all the requested repairs.
