Faith for the Win!

Emotional, draining at times, perseverance and faith led this home to SOLD. My clients needed to move to be closer to family and the very pregnant mama to be settled before their 7th child arrived. This gorgeous, high & dry, move in ready 3/bed, 2/bath home went under contract almost immediately to an absolutely wonderful couple.

And then………

The contract was contingent on the sale of the buyers house. No problem, it was already under contract with an investor, with NO contingencies. Let the games begin. The buyers started getting mixed messages, lack of communication, etc. The buyers, sellers and all agents involved worked hard to find a clear path forward. Last minute the buyers investors backed out and the reverb and upset was felt through all parties concerned.

My clients continued with their move. Prayer circles were activated from Florida to Texas. Discouraged because sales slowed, but maintaining faith that things were working out for their family.

The woman who ended up buying the home, had just come through a family tragedy. It felt like Grace that she and her children had such a beautiful home, that had been filled with good vibes and love to move into.
