Jeanne was my first client as a new agent here in St Pete, FL, eleven years ago. She’s had a lot of challenges the last couple years and wanted to reduce her portfolio but she really didn’t want to go on market to accomplish that. I probably get 15 emails or texts from random investors every single day. I ignore 99% of them because they don’t even bother to introduce themselves or follow up. They are in it for the quick buck and don’t bother to share a portfolio of the quality of the work they do. Hard pass if that is how they “begin” a professional relationship.
