Actually, we are experiencing a normalization of the real estate market here in St Pete. We have increased inventory and cautious buyers. Homes tend to stay on the market longer and price adjustments are back.

St Pete in particular is a very nuanced market. People come for the amazing “St Pete Lifestyle” and thriving economy but knowing the smartest areas to buy is ABSOLUTELY vital to protect your peace of mind and equity.

This duplex first went on the market before last year’s hurricanes. Even though it did not sustain any damage, it was definitely not a good time to sell. We took it off the market and the seller had a very lucrative mid term rental offer come in.
