The Sellers went above and beyond to do the right thing including after the 2nd hurricane, they were uncomfortable with one of the trees and paid to have it taken down. They were under absolutely no obligation to remove it, they were just good, thoughtful people doing the right thing!
The Sellers agent was top notch, my service providers worked hard to make sure everything was timely for Haley and @mortgage.magic.with.jen was a rockstar! Jumping through all the guidelines after a hurricane to still get to close is a super human feat!
