For a small investment, working on curb appeal will have big returns. Simple landscaping, regular lawn care, power washing driveway and fences, fix the wobbly handrail, all these things will make a HUGE difference in perception and value! A $5K investment can pay back 10-15K+ in profit.
The devil is in the details and it doesn’t have to be expensive. Make sure everything is clean and smells good. Take out the trash. Clear the clutter. Remove highly personal items.
