This 3/bed, 2/bath home is the worst house in a really, really nice neighborhood. This home had 3 contracts fall through because other agents were not able to find insurance and get it closed. They were told the home was “uninsurable”!

When someone uses the terminology “uninsurable”, you know they are not as educated on the market and aren’t working with the right people. I have outstanding insurance partners that work together with us to figure out the right type of insurance that goes with the right loan to make the magic happen.

My clients were SO smart and very scared. They had sold their home in Lithuania and during our consultations it became clear how differently real estate is handled there vs here. They were wonderful in letting me help educate them on the process here and feel confident in navigating the loan and insurance process (which is not easy).

This had been a very hard year for them, filled with so much loss. This is the perfect home for them, but a very hard home to buy in this current market. Together as a team we navigated it beautifully.
