🤪Flakey Buyers……..4th time is a charm! This home went under contract FOUR times (the 4th was the winner and an amazing woman who LOVES the home). First one her daughter decided not to move in with her. Second, relationship got strained and oops, better not buy a house. Third, put in multiple offers on different homes, got a yes on a different home they decided they liked better after we were under contract..cancelled. So it is was a roller coaster ride emotionally with the on again, off again contracts. Gina was a trooper and we KNEW the home was waiting for the perfect buyer.
