📍St Petersburg, FL, affectionately known as, St Pete, is a bit of the wild, Wild West when it comes to real estate.  It is not one of those carefully planned, curated cities. What does all that mean? It means he got a really nicely updated house, in an area that is becoming nicer all the time, that has easy accessibility to the best of Gulfport. He also saved $75,000-$150,000 that he would have spent on a comparable house a few streets over in Gulfport.
