Roy, my 89 year old seller wanted to move back to Arizona. He’s one of those amazing, interesting people, a veteran and former pilot. It was an honor to be able to help him sell his home. His trip was a little over a week long and we launched the listing a day after he left.

We had SIX offers over list and were under CONTRACT in 5 days!! All the conditions Roy wanted were met and he got to come home, pack up and head out!!!

This neighborhood is so desirable, with so many people wanting to locate there, it was a bit heart wrenching having to pick only one person. However, the buyer is a young woman buying her first home, finally able to get out of the rent trap. She had the vision to see what a solid home it is and knew she could turn this into her first little dream home, build massive equity because of its location and have it be a stepping stone to help build her future. 

It was an easy and very heart warming transaction all around ❤️
