😳First time home owner syndrome (yes it’s a thing) almost ended this transaction. All of the major repairs have been taken care of on this property (both houses) and major upgrades inside. It truly was a remarkable deal. When the buyer had a long, unreasonable request list, none of it being a 4-point or insurance issue, we were ready to cancel the contract. 

👉That’s when the buyer’s realtor stepped in and told his client that if he was nervous about this property, there was no point in moving forward searching for any investment property at his price point, as this was the nicest, 2 home, single property he knew of in St Pete anywhere near that price point.
