How Do They Work?

You choose and apply to the Lease to Own program you want to use.

Once approved, you work with a realtor to choose a house on the market that you want to buy. Keep in mind different programs will have different requirements about which properties are eligible for purchase.

The program will then make a cash offer on the property and buy it for you.

If the bid is successful, you can move into the home under a rental lease agreement with the program. This gives you time to build up enough savings for a down payment and closing costs to buy the property yourself.
