1. Sell the property AS IS – Off Market

This can many times take longer to close, but opens up your options to potentially more buyers. Sales price is less predictable.
3. Sell with Renovations/Upgrades – On Market
This approach will yield the highest sales price 99% of the time. We will come in and review your property and make recommendations for renovations that will yield you the most profit.
Many times, there are light, easy renovation options that create an impact that you can pay for up front.
If you need substantial renovations, we have programs that allow you to pay for them at closing (must meet certain criteria to qualify).
